History:

Humboldt Wedag India Private Limited (HWI) is wholly owned subsidiary of KHD Germany has long history with Indian Cement Industry but entered actively in India in the year of 1982 in collaboration with Cimmco Birla Ltd. since 1982 At the end of the year 2000, management of KHD Humboldt Wedag GmbH, Germany established a cement division in New Delhi in the year 2001 to directly cater the requirements in India and Asian sub-continent.

 

Inception of KHD:

Humboldt Wedag India Private Limited (HWI) is wholly owned subsidiary of KHD Humboldt Wedag, Austria having office in New Delhi, India.Humboldt Wedag was founded in 1856 and since last more than 150 years delivering key technologies worldwide. Since 1950 KHD Humboldt Wedag has supplied 480 cement plants worldwide of different plant capacities.
