Process engineering capabilities

The PALLA® will cope with most varying process conditions prevailing, e.g. upon dry and wet processes, normal or iron-free grinding, pressure-surge proof, grinding with protective ore reaction gas, grinding, blending or activating, normal temperatures up to about 100°C, low temperatures down to –190°C (83K) – provided the KT type is used, feed sizes up to 25 mm for medium-, fine- or superfine reduction.

for continuous and non-continuous grinding

 

Type VM-S               enabling batch-type tests for quick process optimizing at little
                                  expenditure and feed quantities (some 1...2 kgs)

Type VM-K              enabling continuous operation for short- and long-term tests for
                                  process optimizing (up to 100 kgs/h – depending on the
                                  material properties)

Type VM-KT            enabling continuous operation as detailed for type VM-K 
                                  above but at temperatures down to –190°C (83K).
