Heavy duty cone crusher

The CALIBRATOR^®-H III is a heavy duty cone crusher of latest design and construction for difficult size reduction of medium-hard to extremely hard rock, ore, slag, refractory and abrasive materials, e.g.: the extra hard and tough zirconium corundum. Tramp iron is reliably discharged by the special damping effect of the accumulator system without blocking the crusher or damaging its components. The crushing cone will then automatically return to its initial setting.

The gap is adjusted hydraulically by means of pushbuttons. This is done either during operation, when idling, or after shut down of the crusher (CALITRONIC^® system). The crusher is driven over V-belts or through a hydrodynamic starting and safety coupling. It allows a particularly compact and advantageous arrangement of the motor on a common base frame on anti-vibration mounts. In addition to the technical and operational benefits achieved by the central hydraulic adjustment and the hydropneumatic overload protection with externally mounted accumulator, the CALIBRATOR^®-H III is highlighted by a compact, streamlined construction and, consequently, low overall height.
